Welcome to Burgdorf Chiropractic Care! Prior to your arrival, we’ll send you some forms via email to fill out and bring to your first appointment.

Your Initial Visit 

 You’ll be greeted with a warm welcome and escorted to our consultation space. Once there, we’ll review your completed forms together, step by step, to understand what’s led you to seek care. We won’t focus solely on a single issue, like neck stiffness. Instead, we’ll take a broader look at your health background. For instance, you might mention digestive troubles, fatigue, or joint discomfort—details like these help us get a full picture of your well-being. After discussing your history, your chiropractor will explain what chiropractic care involves, how it applies to your situation, and how it can support your health goals.

Next, we’ll conduct a detailed spinal assessment. If your chiropractor determines that imaging is needed, we may refer you for X-rays. Should X-rays be required, we’ll arrange a follow-up visit to go over the results and evaluate your case. We’ll then outline a personalized care plan and explain our recommended approach to assist you. Please plan for this first visit to take approximately 45 minutes.

Follow-Up Visit

This appointment is dedicated to reviewing the findings from your initial visit. Your chiropractor will share insights from the exam and present your tailored care strategy. You’ll also receive your first chiropractic adjustment during this time. We’ll also take a moment to go over the financial aspects, ensuring you have a clear understanding of the costs involved in your plan. We accept many insurance providers, and HSA payments are welcome too.

Ongoing Visits

At each regular appointment, we’ll check in on your progress to ensure you’re moving forward as expected. These visits typically last between 15 and 20 minutes.
